Nutrition Package

It is a 6-week online individual nutrition counseling with Murad Ozay, changing our habits, organizing our lifestyle training and change package.

It consists of 3 parts: Elimination General Nutrition Strategies for avoidance & food ranking

According to the information and photographs to be taken from the people, a nutrition program is prepared by Murad Ozay for their purposes.

During the 6-week nutrition counseling period, Murad Ozay monitors daily eating habits and provides question-answer sessions via WhatsApp. Only monitoring is done on weekends, and communication resumes at the beginning of each week.

Demo lessons are 10 minutes and free of charge.

Only people with appropriate fitness and fat ratios start the sport. This must be preceded by elimination groups or individual work with Murad.

General Information:
There are no refunds once nutrition has been sent.
Packages are not transferable.

Nutrition Talk/Tutorial with Murad Özay is 45 minutes and costs 900 TL. If a package is purchased, this fee is reduced from the package price.
